The move came coincided with the militias' seizure of 12 fishing boats that were supposed to be granted by organizations to fishermen for those who are lost or being damaged by the Arab Coalition warplanes earlier times.

Sources said that Houthi militias identified the fishing permits areas as the daily fishing route by working in hunting areas in northwest, warning fishermen that any boat operating in the southwest will be a Houthi target.

Mr. Abdullah Ali Nahari, a ruler of maritime custom, said that the aim of directing fishermen towards the northwestern is to use fishermen as a sea cover for their large escape if an escalation in the city could lead to hurt Houthis' foreign experts at the hands of the Joint Military Forces.

Mr. Nahari added Houthis could target the fishermen’s boats so as to pin the target in the Coalition warplanes so as to provoke the public opinion and cover their activities.

It is worth to mention that the marine outlet using by Houthis is the last port after the Joint forces are too close to the outlet for only almost 3 KM.

The Houthi militias are using al-Jabanah coast, the north al-Hali coast, al-Alawi coast in al-Luhaiya, Ibn Abbas coast in booby-trapped operations for boats, sending the boats towards the maritime line in the international corridor.
