The President of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Ahmed Said bin Brik, said, "The Riyadh Agreement lacks a time frame for the implementation of its provisions in sequence and the implementing agencies and supervisors, although it contains scheduled items, but has not yet been implemented according to the specified time periods

In an interview with Al-Ghad Al-Mashreq TV, Ibn Brik pointed out that there are movements on the ground seeking to thwart the Riyadh agreement, as happens in Shabwa, Hadramout and Mahra by ministers and officials who follow the legitimacy, as well as the government has not been able to pay the salaries of the military so far even in Aden only.

He called on the President of the National Assembly of the Transitional Council, the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia, "to exert the most severe types of pressure, whether peaceful or force to stop these futile attempts that seek to undermine the Riyadh agreement, which has not yet seen the light."
