The former leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Abdulgalil El-Sharnoubi, revealed the details of a plan for the group's leaders and the international organization to restructure the group and organize its ranks internally and externally during the year 2020, after successive security strikes by the Egyptian and Arab security services.
In an interview with Al-Arabiya TV, Al-Sharnoubi said, "The leaked plan bears the name of the 2020 plan, and its main title (the order of liberating the homelands) depends on" financial jihad "and" physical preparation ", and the exploitation of the Palestinian issue as an entrance to the army, and a crossing point for new incubators at the level of the Arab world, adding that the mission that the Brotherhood plan entitled with the rank of liberating the homelands belongs to the countries of the organizational presence, especially Egypt.
The former Brotherhood leader continued, saying: "The mission anticipated what is called diagnosing reality and in which the Brotherhood sees a threat represented in the presence of the American President, Donald Trump, in conjunction with the rise of Yemen's extremist star in Europe, but the most dangerous embodied in what they called the Brotherhood leadership in the Gulf, which is coupled with the plan By working to exploit the Palestinian issue through the deal of the century, and then to make breakthroughs in the Arab ranks, according to the organizational text, in the leaked plan. "
The plan revealed - as Al-Sharnoubi says - Brotherhood hatred and al Qaeda hostility towards the Gulf leaderships, this is consistent with an organizational targeting that seeks to destroy the Gulf, especially the countries of direct hostility to the organization, in what is described as a revenge in support of the Turkish-Iranian Brotherhood alliance with Iran.
The former leader of the group reviewed more details in the plan regarding the investment of the Palestinian issue, as a trumpet for the organizational mobilization and a crossing point for new organizational and popular incubators at the level of the Arab world through a justification that the liberation of Jerusalem begins by destroying all Arab regimes and transferring them to organizational mandates, and promoting the so-called confronting the Israeli project by exposing his tools and agents - and by that they mean anti-Brotherhood regimes - and then the strategy becomes necessary to mobilize the nation and cooperate with the active forces, in a manner that creates the atmosphere to attract mass audiences towards the base of the organization to expand it.
The plan included an explicit text that says: "to awaken the society and increase its effectiveness in order to defend its rights."
Al-Sharnoubi says in this regard, "this alleged awakening is not directed towards the alleged occupier, but rather towards the existing systems of government through what the plan calls the resistance to the coup and tyranny, and thus the liberation of the homelands is a broad slogan directed towards every regime that decides to confront the organization and its expansion."
According to the leaks, the plan confirms that this goal is linked to, as the group says, with trust in Nasrallah, and it was decided directly by trust in the leadership, which is achieved through good thinking, and closing the doors of success, i.e. not to conduct any internal or internal dialogues, related to any suspicions that affect the leadership of the organization .
Al-Sharnoubi comments on this, saying, "This is how the organization fortifies its leadership from any criticism and prevents it from any wrongdoing, whereas every regime that is hostile to the group is considered criticistic and even accused of labor unless it accepts the existence of the Brotherhood."
In response to a question about whether the plan targets the group’s offices in Egypt only or in the group’s branches in the world? Al-Sharnoubi says that "although the organization plan focuses on the Egyptian case, it is important that it is linked as a product, and with its production machinery, in which what is a country division and a global apparatus, in accordance with the Brotherhood's descriptions and terminology," adding that the preparation of organizing plans is done through this synergy, to make global axes and others supporting it locally, which makes the international organizing movement more powerful and integrated, explains the state of autism in positions especially those related to the country of origin Egypt, and the leaders of the opponent's scene of the organization such as Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and Bahrain.
Al-Sharnoubi added, “The Brotherhood’s plan focuses in all cases on making the organizational personality industry exceeding the local boundaries, as the process of the industry takes place through the determinants, components, and sponsors of whom are all managed by the education system in the international organization. Organizing from the eyes of traceability, and the tools of coexistence and penetration in societies with different cultures, which guarantees the production of the same personality, which is the citizen in the homeland of the organization that has no borders or nationality.
The Brotherhood’s plan also depends - as Al-Sharnoubi says - on basic components that the group has practiced since its history and in which its main orientation is towards what are known as rules , and therefore the organization specified for the committee and its administrative offices and rules a number of tasks they should start with immediately as the procedural goals for the first stage in achieving the plan, it mixes between what is religious and what is political, so that the member has no room to distinguish between this or that, as well as that members deal with the assignment associated with worship, with the same energy and certainty that is done with its counterparts related to financial or movement affairs.
The former leader of the Brotherhood increased by saying: "The assignment to the members of the bases and the class begins with supplication and physical preparation through exercising and is a general assignment for all members of the organization since its founder Hassan Al-Banna. The opponents of the organization, then the member immediately goes to the jihad that varies between financial jihad and begins with the member's monthly financial subscription, where he pays the group an amount ranging from 7 to 10% of the income, and in addition to it according to the text of the plan the alimony for the rights holders and the mujahideen and for the sake of Allah".
The former leader explained that under this classification, the donations of members and sympathizers with the families of those who died as a result of the various security and organizational confrontations with the state, and those who were injured or arrested, are the ones whom the plan is concerned with by the rights holders, whereas the Mujahideen for the sake of God are those in charge of the various organization activities marches and demonstrations.
