Local residents said that the Houthi militia had spread, on Tuesday, in the "Al-Maswam" mountain, in Al-Hasha, north of Al-Dhale’ governorate, in southern Yemen.

The move came in anticipation of the progress of the joint southern forces, after the Houthi militia was broken in fronts, north of Dhale’.

The residents pointed out that the mountain overlooks the villages of "Al-Heit and Muqaylan", which are witnessing popular resistance against the Houthi militia, and it is considered a strategic depth for Al-Azareq Front.

And the Houthi militia took advantage of the limited local resistance in some areas of al-Hasha to deploy in the strategic "Al-Maswam" mountain, in anticipation of the southern forces advancing towards the north of Al-Dhale’.

Whereas, the popular resistance asserted, in al-Hasha, that it would not allow the Houthi militia to deploy in new areas, and would resist with full force, while warning of a "real threat".
