Sana'a, NewsYemen, a special report:

The visit of Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh to Moscow, at the official invitation of the Russian government, angered the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, as it resorted to launching a hysterical campaign against the leader of the national resistance, through its media and the pages of its activists on social media platforms.

The Houthi militia began the campaign by trying to reduce the importance of the visit and the meetings of Brigadier General Tariq Saleh and the delegation of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance with Russian officials, in Moscow, the second most important capital around the world.

The visit sparked Houthi confusion, which appeared in a contradictory media discourse, as it rushed to broadcast a shallow documentary film called "The Mossad Spy in Yemen", in which it raised outdated allegations, dating back to the period of the rule of Judge Abdul Rahman Al-Iryani, then President Ibrahim Al-Hamdi, and then tried to link it with the president.  The late Ali Abdullah Saleh, and its fall on the person of Brigadier Tariq Saleh, within the party of lies that the militia relies on to distort its opponents.

In parallel, militia activists on social media pages quickly attacked Brigadier General Tariq Saleh and promoted allegations and allegations, in addition to insults and obscenities against the person of the leader of the national resistance.

A step on the way to restoring the state

On the other hand, citizens residing in Sanaa, which is under the control of the Houthi militia, saw that the visit of Brigadier General Tariq Saleh to Moscow comes in the context of a deliberate move that is commensurate with the requirements of reality and dealing with local, regional and international changes.

Assem, a student at Sana'a University, told NewsYemen: It is clear that Tariq Saleh is moving according to a well-thought-out program that focuses on restoring the Yemeni state from the grip of the Houthi militia, starting with the establishment of the National Resistance Forces and their fight to liberate the West Coast, all the way to the announcement of the Political Bureau.

As for Aziz, a student at a private university in Sana'a, he saw during an interview with "NewsYemen" that Tariq Saleh's political moves and his visit to Moscow are the beginning of an external and diplomatic activity that presents the national resistance's view of international players and capitals that influence the international decision and the Yemeni file in general.

He added that the visit represents an important station in terms of formulating a national vision on the issue of peace and the future of Yemen, away from the old thought and poor performance of the legitimate government, which did not succeed in defeating Al-Houthi on the ground, nor did it succeed in defeating him diplomatically, although the world recognizes it and its legitimacy, contrary to his vision of the Houthi militias.

For his part, "Fathi. A", a university student, commented on the visit: "Regardless of the difference or agreement with Tariq Saleh, a close reading of his military and political performance confirms that the man presents himself as a young leader with a view and a project that is different from the project of legitimacy that is linked to  In the past, it entrenches itself in the pursuit of personal and partisan interests, and undermines efforts to defeat the Houthis, or a just political solution that restores the Yemeni state and its institutions.
