The lies of the Taiz Brotherhood are exposed by "Al-Bahr" and "Al-Jabouli"... when money is available to fight the south and is absent to fight Al-Houthi

Aden, NewsYemen, special:

With the exception of the battles of last March, the fronts of Taiz have been living a clinical death for more than 4 years, during which they have not witnessed any real battles to confront the Houthi militias, which are applying their siege on the city, in addition to achieving any significant progress on the ground.

The lack of capabilities and the interruption of salaries, represented the most prominent justifications that the leadership of the Brotherhood axis relied on in the face of any criticism directed at it for the stagnation of its fronts against the Houthis, or when it failed in its seasonal battles that it launches from time to time with every payment of billions it obtains from the legitimacy or from the coalition under a banner.  Liberation of Taiz.

The mission of these justifications is not limited to the stagnation of the fronts, but also has other aims, including justifying the organized looting of the governorates’ revenues, imposing levies on citizens or deducting the salaries of employees, all of which are wrapped up in the justification that the fronts are without support and the fighters without salaries.

This image has emerged clearly recently in what was known as the "Jamil-Arif" report, which was canceled by a decision of the Prime Minister after the huge uproar caused by the disclosure of the minutes' clauses, which was described as a coup and the declaration of a special state for the Brotherhood in Taiz.

Although the abolition of this coup was the price of paying the government to lead the axis (500) million riyals urgently, with a pledge to allocate (200) million riyals per month for it, it was considered a precedent in the success of political and societal pressures in thwarting the plans of the Brotherhood in Taiz.

This failure seems to have prompted the group to move a new blackmail card to pump more money into the pockets of the Axis leadership that is under its control, which is the threat of the fall of the fronts in Taiz, as happened in Al-Bayda recently, under the pretext of not paying the salaries of army personnel.

The warning came today from the spokesperson for the Brotherhood, Colonel Abdel Basset Al-Bahr, in a post on "Facebook", who warned that the failure to pay the salaries of army members leads to "a decrease in the number of fighters, which affects the wide areas and open gaps and the inability of commanders to advance the second line of forces."  In the event that the enemy makes any breach of the first echelon of our forces,” he said.

What is surprising and perplexing, the warnings of the Taiz Brotherhood axis of the fall of the fronts, due to the non-payment of the salaries of its members, comes only two days after a statement by another Brotherhood axis in which it refers to the temptation of its members to pay financial dues to them, and both of them are affiliated with the Legitimacy Army.

According to the official website of the Legitimacy Army, "September Net", the Brotherhood's Brigadier General Abu Bakr al-Jabouli, commander of the so-called "Tur al-Baha axis" affiliated with the Brotherhood, directed the axis's elements to raise the degree of readiness with promises to provide them with financial rewards during an Eid visit to them.

Al-Jabouli, according to the news, said that "the axis will witness great field achievements in the next few days, foremost of which is the completion of the numbering procedures and the continuation of training and arming according to the mechanism approved by the ministry," which raises the eyebrows of talk about numbering and arming operations at a time when the leadership of the Taiz axis claims not  Payroll and lack of support.

Rather, al-Jabouli, according to the news, directed "the Finance Committee in charge of quickly accomplishing its mission to arrange the adoption of monthly financial dues and regular quarterly honors for all fighters stationed on the combat fronts and from all units, in addition to approving food for their families."

A flagrant contradiction between the claim of lack of capabilities and funds for the Taiz axis in the face of the Houthis and the threat of the fall of the fronts, with the Jabouli axis boasting of the existence of this for the members of its axis, which was established by the Brotherhood as a spearhead towards the south and Bab al-Mandab.

This blatant contradiction brings back the memory of the Brotherhood’s absurdity in Taiz during the past four years, during which the possibilities were absent when talking about the stalemate of the battles against the Houthis, and they were present in the Brotherhood’s battles against their opponents inside, starting with the battles of the old city against the Abu al-Abbas Brigades and ending with the stone invasion to eliminate the 35th Brigade  armored.

Countless evidence confirms that the group’s battle is no longer part of the national battle against the Houthi militia and the overthrow of its coup, but that its battle has become for its own goals and against its opponents within the liberated areas, and that the direction of its battle is towards Bab al-Mandab and Aden and not towards Sana’a.
