Aden, NewsYemen:

Saeed Bakran, head of the Dar Al Maaref Center for Research, warned against returning to the square of conflict and clash in the liberated southern regions, due to the new military formations in the governorates of Abyan and Lahj.

Bakran believed that the formation of new brigades from outside the decision of the Presidency Council and in the same way and method as the formation of the Legitimacy Army brigades for which a committee was formed to structure and organize them, is a repetition of the same path of failure, corruption and disclosures, and an obstruction to the work of the Military Committee agreed upon by the Presidency Council.

Bakran said, in a series of tweets, that the formation of forces in the south from behind the appearance of the southern military leaders present in the Presidency Council, indicates incompatibility with what was stipulated in the Riyadh consultations, and the announcement of a return to the clash square and moving the split card in the south.

He explained that the Happy Yemen Brigades are a project for a new chapter in feeding divisions in the south, aimed at dragging Al-Sabiha and Abyan against Al-Dhalea and Yafea.

He wondered: "Is this the contents of the Riyadh consultations, and will the consensus be in the formation of new forces without consensus or agreement and feeding them with grudges and promises to crush the transitional?", adding: It is unfortunate that dreams of political consensus end with this circumvention.

Regarding the decisions of the Presidential Council, Bakran said that they empower the Brotherhood members in the office of the Chairman of the Leadership Council.

A decision was issued appointing Maryam Al-Dogani as Director of the Department for the Coordination of Organizations and Humanitarian Affairs in the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, and the appointment of Ahmed Jamal Jawas as its deputy.

Bakran said that Al-Dogani had played a major role in saving Al-Houthi and stopping the battle to liberate Hodeidah, through her work as director of a British organization’s branch in Hodeidah, and the communications, appeals, and media interviews she was making.

Al-Dogani participated in the international campaign, which had a pressing and important impact on international circles, and the campaign ended with an international intervention to stop the attack on Hodeidah and liberate it, according to the Stockholm Agreement, according to Bakran.

Bakran was surprised by the silence of the President of the Transitional Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the leader of the national resistance, Tariq Saleh, and the commander of the Giants Brigades, Abu Zaraa Al-Muharrami, on the decisions to empower the Brotherhood in the departments of the Presidency of the Presidential Council.

Addressing Al-Zubaidi, Al-Maharami, and Brigadier Tariq, Bakran said: "We do not understand your silence on the process of the Brotherhood's exchange of their skins and the seizure of the offices of the Presidency of the Council, in which you are partners, but his office is exclusively with the Brotherhood alone."
