Al-Alimi begins a working visit to the UAE and Saudi Arabia

Today, Monday, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, headed to the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, on working visits that last for several days, which also include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to the Yemeni news agency "Saba", the visits are an embodiment of the long-established historical relations with the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and their active role within the framework of the coalition to support legitimacy.
As well as their generous humanitarian and economic support to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people, and to promote the path of reforms led by the Presidential Leadership Council at various levels.
Al-Alimi praised the distinguished bilateral relations with the United Arab Emirates, whose foundations laid down by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, to the courageous Emirati positions led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, alongside the Yemeni people and their political leadership on the path to restoring the state and ending the coup of the terrorist Houthi militia.
On the sidelines of his private visit, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council is expected to hold meetings with Emirati officials on ways to strengthen these relations and push them to broader horizons in various fields.
The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council may also discuss the procedures required to complete the allocation of the UAE-Saudi deposit to the Central Bank of Yemen, joint interventions in the service and development sectors, and ways of coordination between the two sides to confront common security challenges, especially efforts to secure international shipping routes in which the UAE plays a leading role in the region.
