A Red Cross plane arrives in Marib, in preparation for the exchange of prisoners and abductees

A plane belonging to the International Red Cross has arrived at Tadween Airport in Ma'rib Governorate, as part of the international organization's preparations to implement the process of exchanging abductees and prisoners between the government and the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen.

On the 19th of next April, a number of prisoners and abductees of the Houthi militia will be transferred to Tadween airport in Marib, and in return, Houthi prisoners of the Marib authority will be transferred to Sana'a Airport.

 The International Committee of the Red Cross will implement the eight hundred and eighty-seven exchange process between the government and the Houthi militia in three phases, according to what was stated in the Geneva Agreement.
