Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, leader of the national resistance and head of its political bureau, Brigadier General Tariq Saleh, received his brother Muhammad and son Afash at Riyadh airport in Saudi Arabia after their release from Houthi prisons.

And Brigadier General Tariq Saleh posted on his Twitter account: "By shaking hands with Muhammad and Afash, my brother and son, who were kidnapped by the Houthis from the hospital and the street after the end of the fighting, our memories returned to December, the day of heroism, manhood and daring. An immortal day from the days of Republican Yemen and it clings to survival."

Saleh pledged to restore the republic, through peace or war, and not to lose the previous sacrifices.  The sacrifices will not be in vain.

A plane belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross, took off today, Saturday, from Sanaa airport towards Riyadh airport in Saudi Arabia, carrying 20 prisoners from the Saudi and Sudanese army, in addition to the son and brother of Brigadier General Tariq Saleh.

The flight coincided with the arrival of another plane from Saudi Arabia's Abha airport to Sana'a airport, carrying 120 prisoners from the Houthi group.  While two flights were operated from Al-Mokha Airport on the western coast to Sana'a, carrying 60 Houthi prisoners.

These flights are a continuation of the second day of the exchange of prisoners and detainees between the Yemeni government and the Houthi militia.  Where the agreement concluded last March under the auspices of the United Nations provides for the release of 887 detainees from both sides in a process that will last 3 days, and its implementation is supervised by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
