Almaamari's research : First study of quality management in oil companies in Yemen

The Malaysian International University of Limkokwing has honored Yemeni researcher Qais Almaamari who received his doctorate, in a rare research conducted on one of the important economic sectors in Yemen at the graduation ceremony held by the university for graduates in the political capital of Putrajaya.
Almaamari's research under a title " Factors Affecting Individual Readiness in Implementing the Total Quality Management System in Oil Companies in Yemen" The research is a great importance in enhancing the working environment within the oil institutions in relation to confirming the individual's motivation to accept the application of the TQM in the public and private sectors, taking into account the different organizational culture in these sectors.
First study of quality management in oil companies in Yemen carried out by the Yemeni researcher Qais Almaamari at Limkokwing University of Creative & Technology (LUCT), Malaysia. He is also Managing reviewer of Social Science Journal, Elsevier Journal regarding TQM, Journal of Science publication and also others. He holds a PhD , MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM). His main research areas cover TQM Practices, psychological Behavior, uman Resource Management and Quantitative Research Methods.
