When the United Nations decides to take a half of condemnation against the Houthi militias for their stealing the food and diverting relief aid from its beneficiaries, the United Nations has gotten a great difficulty in characterizing the concerned party, but also, what is happening predicts a crisis or a farce.

The International Organization and its agencies operating in Yemen suffer from confusion over its classification and characterization of the rebels and the Houthi coup militias.

They never refer to any of these words and attributes. In return for referring to a Legitimate government and government authorities, What do the International Organization and its operating agencies in Yemen call the Houthi militias?

The United Nations and UN organizations named and used the term the "Houthi Party". Then use and continue to use : Ansar Allah", then the de facto or the de facto in the Capital Sana'a.

The all terms that are being used by the International Organization and its operating agencies in Yemen for describing the Houthi militias are abnormal, non-verbal and illegal names.

The International Organization and its operation agencies trickery principles in distinguishing between the Legitimacy, System, Government; and between a coup, militias, rebellion and usurping Power, the reality almost say legitimizing the power of the de facto.

Recently, on Friday, a UN's speech was appeared in a very stray and unclear statement concerning the WFP, which the second announced its decision to start a partial suspension of food aid operations in areas controlled by the Houthi militias.

The statement placed in the opportunistic trap, whatever it was to show it as an advanced and a firm position by the International Organization in response to many accusations and condemnations of complicity with the armed militias for a long time against transparency, integrity and credibility to pass corrupt practices and manipulation at the expense of donor funding and needy issues, the poor ... and others areas and programs.

The program talked about its partial suspension " under the Authorities in Sana'a.

" We are in a new description, a very neutral and almost unprecedented name " the Authorities in Sana'a", as if this description actually hails the Houthi coup militias, they are the Authorities in Sana'a against the Authorities outside Sana'a and far farm Sana'a and Yemen as a whole".

Irvie Virusil, the WFP spokesman in Geneva, said " We seek to enter a Biometric recording system that would prevent the diversion of food, and protect the Yemeni families assisted by the WFP, ensuring food reaches to those who are in need."

Such a step still envisages supporting the existing authority in Sana'a not to pressure or force it.

In principle, the Legitimate government believes that such a small and delusional step is victorious over the Houthi militias.

The Minister of Local Administration, the Minister of Information and other government officials will express some satisfaction, and no one will care about or take more attention  the equate of the 'International classification', between the Authority here or there, It is preferred advantages the Authority in Sana'a, Yemen rather than those who are staying abroad.

The legitimate government itself has been unable to distinguish between it and the Houthis in the international discourse. It is no longer interested in controlling terminology, maintaining official and symbolic titles, labels and descriptions as a value and force in international law.
