The Houthi militias have excluded dozens of teachers, who are working at the Primary and Secondary Certificate Examinations on the backdrop of financial disputes and wrong cheating answers in several centers in the provinces under their control.

The Houthi militias' time cheating phenomenon does not seem an issue to be discussed, the main issue is to find the correct answer outside the walls of the exam centers.

Prices of correct answers are unified that students are going to pay so as to ensure their success. On the other hand, the collected funds are divided among exam observers, Houthi supervisors, and observers' supervisors ..etc.  without making armed clashes among them so as not to hurt students.

"This is no longer a test environment, it is a market, but a black market," Abdullah said, a high school student in Sana'a.

Abduljabbar, a father of one of students, said " the examinations at the time of Houthis became an annual season to harvest the remaining funds in the pockets, and not a season of the student's diligence and perseverance and achievement in the whole studying year.
