Omani position on latest military escalation in Yemen

Oman's media outlets quoted an Omani official at the Oman's Foreign Ministry as saying the Sultanate of Oman followed the military escalation and field events related to War in Yemen.
The Omani official pointed out the latest event, representing an attack on Abha Civil Airport in Khamis Mushait in Saudi Arabia.
The Sultanate urges "to avoid escalation that will not be in the interest of security and stability in the region, and hope to be focused on the political path led by the United Nations.
so as to achieve a political settlement of the political crisis in Yemen to achieve the interest and peace of the neighboring countries.
