More than 19 Houthis have been killed and more than 50 others injured during clashes with the joint forces, which thwarted attacks and infiltration attempts in the west coast since the beginning of this week, according to joint forces sources.

The militias have recently acknowledged the killing of a number of prominent field and military leaders during clashes in Tahita, Faza, Al-Jah, and Hays, and several of the dead members were mourned in Hodeida and Sanaa.

The sources reported that 11 bodies arrived in Sanaa and 38 wounded, on Saturday and Sunday from the West Coast Front, were distributed to Al-Thawra, Republican and Military hospitals. Hospitals in Hodeida received eight bodies and 12 wounded, most of them in critical condition.

Military and field sources on the west coast and fronts south of Hodeida province in particular have warned of a plan by Iranian arm militias aimed at mass bombing of the military situation in Hodeida and coastal districts through the increased mobilization of combat groups and the sending of significant reinforcements, including heavy weapons, vehicles and rocket launchers.

On Monday, field sources in Tahita reported that Houthis are digging combat trenches and barricades in the village of "Rimiya" in the district and even the area "Maslab" southeast of Tahita.
