A major demonstration in support of the "Transitional Council" in Hadi's hometown

Al-Wadde’ district, the birthplace of President Hadi in the governorate of Abyan, in southern Yemen, witnessed a major mass rally on Monday to support the transitional council and to celebrate the 52nd anniversary of Independence Day.

Notables and sheikhs of "Shuqra" and the central region of Abyan, participated in the march and the participants held banners that read expressions in support of the Southern Transitional Council and the Riyadh Agreement, signed under Saudi sponsorship.

During the rally, Nasser Azzan, head of the local leadership of the Transitional Council at Al-Wadde’ District, delivered a speech in which he reviewed the successes of the "transitional" in terms of international and regional recognition of the council.

Azzan pointed to the role played by the southern forces and resistance, the elites, and the security belt and its sacrifices in combating al-Qaeda armed groups.

And the Southern leader warned against being dragged down by calls from the Brotherhood's militia and corrupt defeatist leaders who have been plundering and plundering public money and the rights of its employees, he said.
