Southern leader: Maj. Gen. Al-Subaihi is taken prisoner because of "betrayal of the government"

On Friday, a southern transitional leader criticized the neglect of legitimacy of Major General Mahmoud al-Subaihi, the former defense minister, while his sons recently expressed their rejection of the prisoners' agreement, calling it a "stab in the back."
The leader of the Southern Transitional Council, Fadl al-Jaadi, said: "When legitimacy in all its aspects, Geneva 1, Geneva 2, and Stockholm, is unable to liberate a warrior like Mahmoud al-Subaihi, it is legally infested and morally defeated.!"
He added in his account on Facebook: "Al-Subaihi is a prisoner because of betrayal of legitimacy. He is the one who fought deep in the fronts as a regional commander and then fought and as a defense minister. It is a shame that he is a victim of legitimacy, which is dominated by fools. "
The sons of Major General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi, the former Minister of Defense, recently expressed their rejection of the prisoners' agreement between the legitimate government and the Houthis, blaming President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi for his consequences and the responsibility for what may result.
The sons of Major General Mahmoud Ahmed Salem, the captive defense minister of the Houthis, in a letter addressed to President Hadi, described the agreement as a "stab in the back."
