Hodeidah / Mocha, Newsyemen:

The Houthi Terrorist Mines again, on Thursday 26 March 2020, claimed the lives of two children in Al Hodeidah Governorate, while a civilian was wounded in Mocha.

Two brothers killed a landmine planted by the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - near their house in the Al-Durahimi district, south of Hodeidah.

A medical source in Al-Durahimi Hospital stated that the two children, Abdullah Ahmad Ali Dawla (10 years old) and his brother Salem Ahmed Ali Dawla (12 years old), were seriously wounded in different parts of their bodies, as a result of a landmine explosion in their vehicle, in the village of Ma’arif, which caused their death.

Al-Houthah mines and IEDs are of various shapes and sizes, across vast fields and areas, are the primary cause of civilian casualties, especially children and women, in Al-Hodeidah and the West Coast districts, especially in Al-Durahimi.

In the same context, a civilian was moderately wounded in a landmine explosion from the remains of Houthi militias in Mocha district.

Elias Saraji told Newsyemen that an anti-vehicle landmine, from the remnants of the Iranian arm militia in Yemen, exploded with a truck carrying workers in picking onions in the "Ramah" area, which resulted in the injury of the truck driver, Hassan Bukari.
