Houthi announcement of a prisoner exchange deal with the legitimacy in Marib

The Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, announced the recovery of five prisoners of its members, in an exchange process through local mediation in the Marib governorate.
The announcement by the Houthi militia came from the leader, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtada, head of the so-called "Committee for Prisoners' Affairs."
Al-Murtada said in a tweet on his Twitter account that, on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, (five) prisoners of the army and the popular committees were freed in an exchange process through local mediation at the Ma'rib front.
Earlier this month, the Houthi militia announced the liberation of six prisoners of its members in an exchange process, through local mediation, on the Marib front as well.
