Aden, NewsYemen:

France condemned the Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, calling on the militia to stop destabilizing actions immediately, and to engage constructively in the political process to end the Yemen crisis.

The French Foreign Ministry said, in a statement, that we condemn in the strongest terms the attacks launched by the Houthi militia on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in which explosive drones are used.

She added that these attacks not only threaten the security of Saudi Arabia, but the stability of the entire region, and illustrate the seriousness of the threat posed by the proliferation of drones and missiles to the region as a whole, and must be responded to with a diplomatic and regional approach.

The Houthi militia called for the immediate cessation of these destabilizing actions in the region and Yemen, and for constructive participation in a political process to end the crisis in Yemen.

The French Foreign Ministry stressed the need to stop hostilities in Yemen and re-launch political dialogue with the aim of reaching a comprehensive and inclusive political agreement, under the auspices of the United Nations.

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced on Saturday that the Air Force had intercepted and destroyed 6 booby-trapped drones launched by the Houthi militia towards the southern region of Saudi Arabia, bringing the number to 17 booby-trapped marches that were destroyed within 24 hours.
