A gunman and a civilian were killed in a shooting at a petrol station in Mocha

Mocha, NewsYemen, private:

A gunman and a civilian were killed and another wounded, on Sunday evening, when gunmen opened fire inside a station for selling oil derivatives in Mocha.

According to eyewitnesses, gunmen tried to attack Al-Samid station workers on the main street, but a gunman was killed instantly by his comrades' bullets.

They added that two civilians, one of whom was a fisherman, were injured in the accident, but one of them, Ashraf Muheis, died while they were being transferred to the MSF surgical hospital for treatment.

The causes of the accident were not known, but someone who was present told "Newsmen" that it was the result of an armed assault on the station's workers, which developed into random shooting.

And the Central Security Forces pushed two crews to the scene, while officers were checking tapes of surveillance cameras, placed on the front of the station.
