Aden, NewsYemen:

Two southern academics affirmed that legitimacy, "stolen from the Islah party, has demonstrated to the world during the seven years that it is a failure and does not deserve respect despite the international support it has received."

And the southern academic, Mahmoud Al-Salmi, said in a post on Facebook, that "the whole world stood with the legitimacy of President Hadi, but it was the only one that stood against itself."

Al-Salmi pointed out that "the Brotherhood's legitimacy has proven to the inside and outside during the past seven years that it is corrupt and powerless, and does not deserve respect."

For his part, academic Hussein Lakour said that he will not defend Hadi and his clients in the face of any tendency to limit his role or even remove him from the political scene.

Laqour confirmed that Hadi was not even at the least able to accomplish anything, stressing that he was satisfied with handing over power to the corrupt and remained a partner with them in it.

Laqour believed that "Hadi's exit from the political scene will put a clear enemy in front of the south, even if his exit is in favor of the Houthis and Ali Mohsen."

While the southern military analyst, Brigadier General Khaled al-Nassi, stressed that legitimacy has become an umbrella for corruption and a real obstacle to any political and military solutions, calling on the Arab coalition to restructure it.

Al-Nassi said, "Legitimacy has only the name, and its reality is an umbrella for corruption, failure, nepotism, betrayal, labour, stupidity, chaos and terrorism, and it has become a real obstacle to any political or military solutions."

He continued, "That is why it must be restructured after carrying out its mission, which is to destroy a country and kill a people, and the coalition must restructure it because it has become a necessity to save the people."
