Cairo, NewsYemen, private:

Every day, the Yemeni community in Egypt deposits one or more citizens to their final resting place, an unprecedented rate as a result of chronic diseases or sudden heart attacks and other reasons, a number of whom are students and young people in the spring of life.

Saleh Aizah, the owner of the initiative to buy land and turn it into a cemetery, stated on his Facebook page that approximately 40 Yemeni citizens were buried in the new cemetery within forty days, at a rate of one death every day.

The new cemetery was prepared at the expense of charitable shareholders, at a cost of more than $80,000, after a long suffering experienced by a number of the community, and after the embassy was unable to provide a cemetery for them.

Thousands of Yemenis complain about the absence of the legitimate government's role in following up their conditions and providing facilities that relieve them of the pressures of life and its daily routine, especially since the war is still ongoing, which makes the return of some of them impossible.
