A large dropout of school students in areas under the control of the Iranian arm

Educational sources in Sana'a revealed that hundreds of students have dropped out of schools, coinciding with the start of the new school year 2021-2022.

And educational sources said that hundreds of students have dropped out of Sanaa schools and various provinces under the control of the Iranian arm, amid the deteriorating living and economic conditions, as a result of the coup and the war in the country.

The sources added that dozens of schools observed a great reluctance for their students to return to study, and some of them left education and resorted to work to help their families obtain a source of livelihood that helps their families mitigate the consequences of the economic collapse.

The school administration has raised tuition fees remarkably while imposing other monthly fees on each student, which has doubled the suffering of parents with the collapse of the economic situation.
