Shabwa, NewsYemen:

In contrast to the complete disregard by the legitimacy of the Brotherhood in Shabwa, Bayhan and the surrounding districts witness daily Houthi activity in various fields.

In education, the Iranian arm forced the education offices in the Bayhan districts to reopen the schools’ doors to students, after suspending the educational process, since the militia took control of the three districts without a fight.

A local source told NewsYemen that the schools in the districts of Ain, Al-Olaya, and Usaylan opened their doors, starting from Saturday, under pressure from the Houthis, but the students continued to refrain from attending classes but an unlimited number of them and left after the morning school queues.

The Education Office in Shabwa governorate had directed its branches in the districts of Bayhan to suspend the study process, in protest of what it described as "Houthi interference in the work of education offices", while threatening to stop the payment of teachers' salaries in those areas.

On the other hand, a tribal source told NewsYemen that the tribes of Balharith in the Usaylan district concluded an agreement with the Houthis not to enter the militia members into the city center and to be satisfied with a point at the main entrance, as well as stationing in Jabal Hayd bin Aqil.

On the other hand, the local tribes committed themselves not to allow any forces affiliated with the legitimate government to station themselves in their areas.

The tribesmen of Al-Harith do not reside in the city of Usaylan, where families are distributed in small villages scattered on the edges of the desert.

In a separate context, another source told NewsYemen that the Houthi militia had gathered a large number of clerics, leaders and dignitaries of the Bayhan tribes, in preparation for their transfer to Sanaa to hold meetings with the group's leadership there.
