Aden, NewsYemen:

The second man in the Houthi militia, called Abdullah Yahya al-Hakim, alias (Abu Ali al-Hakim), appeared in a crowd inside a wedding hall in the Bayhan district, in Shabwa governorate, southeast of Yemen, four weeks after the group took control of the area.

In a speech documented by one of the attendees through his mobile phone, the Houthi leader revealed his group's intention to occupy the entire areas of Shabwa, all the way to the Balhaf facility on the coastal strip of the Arabian Sea.

The presence of "Abu Ali Al-Hakim", who is listed on the list of international terrorists, in Bayhan, comes at a time when the commander of the 21st Infantry Brigade, Jahdal Hanash, loyal to the Brotherhood, is besieging the Shabwani Elite Forces in the Al-Alam camp, which confirms the existing conflict between the two groups.

The Brotherhood engaged, in a new round of escalation against the Arab coalition forces, in "Al-Alam" weeks after they handed Bayhan to the Houthi militia, on a plate of gold.

Analysts say that the Houthi control of Bayhan without a fight was not surprising, as much as it is a reflection of a clearly defined and targeted project sponsored and implemented by regional parties that use the two groups (the Brotherhood and the Houthis) as local agents and tools to implement their goals in Yemen.
