The Secretary-General of the Transitional Council, Lamlas, stressed that the visit of the European Union delegation to the capital, Aden, has many indications, and it comes as a message of peace and love, and sends messages to the world that Aden is safe, stable and proceeding normally.
The European Union ambassadors from the governor of Aden listened to the general situation of the city and the most prominent needs facing the maintenance of the destroyed infrastructure, and what the local authorities are doing in cooperation with the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen and the interventions of international organizations as well as the European Union.
He called for the need to advance the economy and activate Aden's commercial role through its strategic port in the region.
The ambassadors expressed their happiness at the warm reception they received from the governor, expressing their denunciation and regret, and their deep resentment over the recent terrorist incident that targeted the governor, resulting in four martyrs from his crew and a number of wounded.
