Houthi militias imposed on Friday a house arrest at the former minister of expatriates Mujahid al-Quhali.
Houthis earlier broke into al-Quhali's house and spat on his face before his family as well as they humiliated and beat him
The former minister is one of Houthi ally who denied Ali Abdullah Saleh and gave his loyalty to Houthis.
