Abductee died in Houthis' jail in Taiz despite prisoners' exchange deal

Al-Lahjji was arrested before two years in his house in al-Mugaini neighborhood in Mocha city in Taiz province when Houthis stormed the city before.
It is said that the militias leaked news the death of the young man after the signing of the prisoners’ exchange agreement in Sweden before the start of its implementation.
Tawfiq, a young man aged 30, was abducted along with dozens of citizens in a center and rural areas of Mocha.
Some have died while and others' information are unknown, few have returned after varying periods and in poor psychological and health conditions.
According to the family, Tawfiq was placed in a large and terrible prison, located at al-Saleh residential facilities in al-Hawban district in Taiz.
The militias occupied and turned al-Saleh city into a closed area. The militias have set up terrible prisons and detention centers.
After two years on 23rd of Dec. 2018 the family of Tawfik has known the death of her son inside a Houthi prison.
