ICRC: ready to exchange detainees' deal

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) confirmed its teams's readiness to exchange prisoners and detainees between the Yemeni government and Houthi militias Coup.
The ICRC said that it could not confirm when the process can be done.
The deadline for launching the logistical procedures entered into force to exchange the deal without the two parties' announcement.
