Houthi militias loot museum in Dhamar
English - Sunday 27 January 2019 الساعة 06:13 pmA local source told Newsyemen that a group of Houthi gunmen stormed an archaeological museum in Dhamar province and looted its contents.
The official added that the gunmen stormed Bainoun Museum in Thawban area in al-Hada district and tampered with its contents with and looted many of the archaeological artifacts.
The source said that the Houthi militias looted the National Library, and filled its walls and halls with the militias' pictures of those who were killed in battles ground in several provinces.
Houthi militias removed pictures of the symbols of the September 26 Revolution and the leaders who ruled Yemen, replacing them with pictures of Badr al-Din al-Houthi and his sons Hussein and Abdulmalik.
