Military Police commander injured, his escort slightly killed in Houthi attack

A military police commander survived on Friday an attack by a Houthi missile fired at his location in one of the sites he was inspecting at al-Dhabab area in Taiz province, informed sources told Newsyemen.
The sources added that the commander Jamal al-Shamiri was at al-Khazan site at the time of targeting him, one of his escort was killed and others were injured.
Al-Shamiri was slightly injured, sources said, indicating that targeting al-Shamiri was accurate which is likely there was a betrayal to kill him as his visit was in a secret mission.
