Aden, NewsYemen:

Legitimacy, which the Brotherhood controls its decision, is lagging behind in implementing the Riyadh agreement, a year after it was signed under Saudi sponsorship, at a time when false excuses are used to continue to disrupt the agreement in order to serve the agendas of the group's regional sponsors.

The Brotherhood’s wing in legitimacy adheres to the implementation of the military and security part of the agreement, before the political one, with the motive of impeding the formation of the government, while this disrupted wing continues to send more armed groups to Abyan Governorate, from which the security section stipulates the withdrawal of its forces.

The military and security attaché obliges the two parties to return the forces to their locations before the events of August 28, which means the return of the Brotherhood militias that came from Marib and Hadhramaut valley to Shabwa and Abyan to their previous camps, and this applies to the STC forces stationed in Abyan.

It is also necessary for the two parties to sign to withdraw their forces from cities to the military fronts to confront the Houthis and to integrate the security belt forces and the elites into the ministries of interior and defense.

Journalist Salah bin Lughbar said that the implementation of the military aspect of the Riyadh Agreement forces the Brotherhood and its mercenaries to withdraw from all regions of the south, including Hadhramaut Valley.

Bin Lughbar added that these arrangements include the terrorist militias affiliated with the legitimacy in Shuqra, Al-Arqoub and Shabwa, and therefore the southerners are more likely to stipulate the implementation of the military part.

For his part, the military analyst, Khaled Al-Nassi, said in a tweet to him on "Twitter" that the military part of the agreement - with regard to legitimacy - is for the southerners to go to fight the Houthis in Ibb, Taiz, Hodeidah and Al-Bayda to liberate the north while they transfer their camps and their members to Aden, Lahj, Al-Dhalea and the coast of Hadramout.

Al-Nasi added sarcastically, "This is the military aspect for them (the Brotherhood), and there will be no government without implementing it.
