Southern politicians blamed the parity government for the economic and service collapse in the liberated southern governorates, stressing that it failed to provide the minimum level of its responsibilities towards the people.
Southerners launched the hashtag on social media, #Aden_will fall_the corrupt.
The southern politician, Ahmed Al-Saleh, said that the southern people will not remain silent over this failure, corruption and chaos in the liberated areas, and no one will blame him when he calls for the overthrow of the failed government.
And he said in a tweet to him on Twitter, that the summer is approaching, and the services in Aden and the south are in their worst condition, and the government has failed to provide the minimum level of its responsibilities towards the people, who gave the government more than one opportunity.
The southern journalist, Yasser Al-Yafei, praised Governor Ahmed Hamed Lamlas' great efforts in fighting the corrupt, stressing that the governor needs to stand with him at this stage and support him in his mission to eliminate corruption.
Political activist Fahd Al-Khulaifi confirmed that the government has not succeeded since its return to the capital, Aden, noting that there is a partisan force working to destroy Aden and the south.
Al-Khulaifi said that Aden received members of the Yemeni government approved by the Riyadh Agreement and humiliated them so that the government would carry out its duties to save the people from economic collapse and provide services.
He added that what Aden and the south are currently witnessing is the work of party lobbies and a financial mafia, whose goal is to destroy the capital and the south in general, adding: There is no blame on the people if its volcano erupts.
Activist Ahmed Al-Yafei said that the conditions in the liberated areas are very bad, they cannot be described, money is spent and looted without accountability or oversight, and a frightening response to the citizen’s livelihood, deterioration and destruction in institutional work, and a complete loss and absence of the state’s tasks, revitalizing its role, work and performing its duty.
