Al-Zubaidi receives the report of the Presidential Committee on the armed rebellion in Shabwa

A member of the Presidential Command Council, Major General Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, met on Monday with the military committee tasked with investigating the events in Shabwa governorate last week, headed by Defense Minister Major General Mohsen Al-Dairi.
The member of the Leadership Council received a detailed report from the committee, which included the results of its field visit to the governorates of Shabwa and Hadhramaut, to meet with all parties and sit with them, and to collect the inferences and facts it reached regarding the unfortunate events that took place in Ataq, the capital of Shabwa governorate last week.
Al-Zubaidi was also briefed by the Chairman and members of the Committee on the measures it had taken to remove the causes of tension and restore security and stability to Shabwa Governorate, praising the efforts made by the Committee to bring the views closer and remove the causes of tension.
A member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, stressed the importance of supporting the local authorities in Shabwa and strengthening their efforts to establish security and stability in the governorate.
In turn, the Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Military and Security Committee, Major General Mohsen Al-Daeri, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Presidential Command Council for their continuous support to the committee and overcoming the difficulties in front of it to succeed in its tasks in restoring security and stability to Shabwa governorate, and supporting the efforts of the local authorities in it.
