Brigadier General Tariq Saleh confirms the unity of the position with the Transitional Council against terrorism

 Member of the Presidential Leadership Council - Head of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, Brigadier General Tariq Saleh, affirmed, on Tuesday, the unity of the position with the Southern Transitional Council, against terrorism, after a bloody attack launched by al-Qaeda against the Security Belt forces in Abyan Governorate (southern Yemen), which resulted in the death of  21 personnel, including the commander of the first battalion, combating terrorism.

Brigadier-General Tariq Saleh said, in a tweet on his Twitter account: "Abyan will triumph over terrorism, and the terrorists will be defeated," adding: "Mercy for the martyrs and healing for the wounded."

A member of the Presidential Leadership Council offered condolences to the Security Belt Forces and the Abyan Axis, and said, "We are at their hands and appreciate their heroism."

He continued, "On behalf of the Political Bureau, we offer our condolences to the leadership of the Transitional Council and affirm the unity of our position with them against terrorism."
