التقى الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي اليوم بصنعاء المبعوث البريطاني المستشار الخاص لشؤون اليمن ألن دنكن الذى يزور اليمن حالياً. وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية ومجالات التعاون بين البلدين وآفاق تعزيزها وتطويرها إضافة، إلى إستعراض المستجدات والتحديات التي يمر بها اليمن حالياً. وأكد هادي أن الجميع يتطلع إلى إنهاء الأزمة القائمة مع جماعة الحوثيين من اجل المضي قدما إلى ترجمة مخرجات الحوار الوطني الشامل والولوج إلى المستقبل المأمول. وأكد المبعوث البريطانى أن الإتصالات مع الدول المانحة التي تعهدت بالكثير من المساعدات لليمن مستمرة وبوتيرة عالية، مشيراً إلى ضرورة الوفاء بالإلتزامات من أجل مساعدة اليمن في ظروفه الإستثنائية الصعبة خصوصاً في المجال الاقتصادي.
