Zemmam says for UN experts: Marib Bank outside of the government Control

A recent UN report on Yemen revealed that the governor of the Center Bank of Yemen (CBY) Mohamed Zemmam in Aden, said to the UN team of experts monitoring UN sanctions against Yemen that the bank's branch in Marib outside of the government control.
