UAE food aid includes 5,000 people in Shabwa

The UAE Red Crescent Authority distributed Sunday food aid to residents of Jardan district in Shabwa province, southeastern Yemen.
The UAE humanitarian aid includes complete food baskets, benefiting more than 5,000 residents of the area.
Field teams of the UAE Red Crescent are carrying out the distribution of food baskets to beneficiaries in Jardan district, one of the most remote areas in Shabwa province.
It is estimated that the number of beneficiaries of the UAE assistance in the province of Shabwa since the beginning of the year 2019 was more than 28000 thousand people.
