A source at Abu al-Abbas Battalions denied any connection with the prisoner Ahmad al-Sara", that kidnappers of the Military Police Commander Jamal al-Shamiri demanded to release him.
Al-Sara is not a soldier at the Battalions, the accusations are said in this regard came amid campaigns to target the battalions and did not stop, and are well known parties.
The source said it is supposed to release the Police commander instead of eliminating the responsibility and accused a party, and pile up accusations against the battalions; moreover, distort the image of the battalions.
The source called on those who trying to pin charges against others to face or confront the Houthi militias, and to liberate the rest of Taiz province so as to end the suffering of civilians as a result of the siege and indiscriminate shelling and sniping.
