Houthi attack south of Baja costs militias heavy losses

The Joint Forces repulsed a violent attack carried out by the Houthi militias on al-Sharifah and al-Hatha fronts, south of Baja area in al-Dhale' province lasted for three hours, and ended with the defeating the Houthi militias.
Field sources said that many Houthis have been killed or injured in the battlefields.
The Houthi militias, each defeat, shelled populated areas in villages of al-Sharifah, al-Hatha and Ghul al-Sakmah, with mortars and other weapons indiscriminately. There are reports of civilian casualties.
Sources pointed out that Houthi-Houthi clashes erupted in Naqil al-Hashaba area after a Houthi checkpoint prevented escapees to cross the checkpoint.
