Houthi armed groups cross al-Dhahi district to al-Hodeida city

New armed groups have entered al-Hodeida city in accompanying with military vehicles during the past 48 hours in the context of escalating military movements and developments by the Houthi militias in parallel with a violent military escalation through three consecutive rounds inside the city of al-Hodeida within days.
Dozens of gunmen on board trucks and military vehicles crossed al-Dhahi district via al-Zaydiyah and Bajil districts, north and northeast of al-Hodeida province, local and field sources said to NewsYemen.
At least three military vehicles and large white truck - Dyna- carried around fifty gunmen of al-Dhahi district on Monday, June, 01.
This is only a final group added to the hundreds of gunmen who have been driven by the militias to al-Hodeida since Eid al-Fitr across al-Dhahi and al-Zaidiyah Bajil to the northern port in al-Sham road and al-Sham checkpoint, including groups of Raymah and others from al-Mahweet.
The Houthi militias pushed the new reinforcements after the militias' escalation inside al-Hodeida city amid the militias' attack to progress in the liberated neighborhoods that were repulsed by the National Resistance.
A local monitor said to NewsYemen that the Houthi militias have reinforced their presence in armed groups at al-Nahdha School on Airport Road. Houthi groups were present in yard of al-Kuwait mosque in al-Rabsa neighborhood in al-Hodeida.
