Bayda, Newsyemen:

A Sheikh of tribal support in Al-Bayda Governorate denied that the Al-Asbahi family had accepted tribal arbitration in the killing of the martyr Jihad Al-Asbahi, during the meeting held by the Houthi leadership Friday in Sana'a in the presence of a “hypothetical” militia leader, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi.

Sheikh Hussein Muhammad Al-Mudhafari said, "The meeting that took place yesterday (Friday) in Sanaa and arbitration in the case of Jihad Al-Asbahi, ruling and honor for the ruling that was issued does not mean the family of Al-Asbahi, neither from near nor from far away."

He added, in a tweet on his Twitter account: "The issue is directly related to the Al-Asbahi family and belongs to the people of Al-Bayda in general," stressing that the issue is resolved in Radman by Sheikh Yasser Al-Awadi, Abu Al-Shaheedah and the Sheikhs of tribal support.

Al-Mudhafari, who is the “Advisor to Al-Jawf Governorate,” explained that what happened in Sanaa has nothing to do with Sheikh Yasser, nor for the father of the martyr Jihad, nor for the tribes of mumps, neither from near nor from far, considering what happened in the meeting to circumvent the issue.

A tribal source revealed the acceptance of Sheikhs from Al-Bayda loyal to the Houthis by "absolute arbitration of defects and defenses" from the Houthis in the case of Jihad Al-Asbahi, and they did not accept arbitration in the blood because they were not authorized to do so.

According to the source, the sheikhs sentenced the Houthis to 110 million Yemeni riyals, and they subtracted a third of the money for Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi and a third for it, and the source confirmed (honoring the ruling) by the Houthis and paid the amount.

On the other hand, the sheikhs of al-Bayda should refuse to hand over the wanted men to the Houthis from the Al-Asbahi family and give up Sheikh Yasser Al-Awadi and all the tribes who answered his call for tribal support.
