Aden, NewsYemen:

The official spokesman for the Southern Transitional Council, a member of the Presidency, Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, said, "We asked our ministers in the parity government to include in the cabinet meeting, Wednesday, March 10, 2021, to take a clear and decisive stance towards what is happening to our people and towards the parties that provoke crises and collapses."

Al-Kathiri said in a statement, "In the midst of the tragic situation that the capital, Aden, and all southern governorates are experiencing, due to the exacerbation of living crises, the collapse of currency and necessary services, and the deprivation of large sectors of our people, both military and civilians, of their salaries, we are out of our complete bias to our southern people and stand against any attempts to bring them to their knees and torture them, we have asked our ministers in the parity government to include in the cabinet meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, March 10, 2021, to take a clear and decisive stance towards what is happening to our people and towards the parties that create crises, collapses and war services and proceed to escalate them in order to subjugate the people of the south and further punish them.

He added, "In view of this, we expect the government of parity for a clear position on all of that, unless we in the Southern Transitional Council will be with our people and their open options."
