Today, the joint forces announced their advance in the first areas of the Al-Maafer district, west of Taiz governorate, after fierce battles with the Houthi militia, which suffered heavy losses in equipment and lives.
Field sources said that the forces of the 21st Infantry Brigade carried out an attack on the Houthi militia sites in the Al-Hanna area of the Al-Maafer District.
It affirmed that the Iranian-backed Houthi militia had been defeated from the "Al-Haniya" area, and that they had suffered heavy losses in lives and equipment.
The sources pointed out that the heroes of the 21st Infantry Brigade taught the terrorist Houthi militia a hard lesson during the violent clashes in the area targeted by the attack.
