Aden, NewsYemen:

Al-Ain news platform revealed information about Turkish intelligence activity in Yemen, since the Houthi militia's invasion of the capital, Sana'a, and its control of state institutions by force of arms.

The platform said that Turkey's actions in Yemen were not limited to supporting the Brotherhood only to achieve its subversive agenda, but also went beyond that to play an effective intelligence role in favor of Al-Houthi.

It added that Turkish elements are carrying out an intelligence activity directly, through their work in the local land transport sector in Yemen, specifically from Sana'a to Hadhramaut and Al-Mahra governorates.

Four Turkish companies control the transportation sector in Yemen: Al-Nour, Al-Buraq, Al-Nawras and Express, through large passenger buses, and they enjoy great support from the Houthi militia in Sanaa, which has given way to the uniqueness of Turkish companies in the internal and international transport sector.

It pointed out that the work of Turkish companies in transporting passengers from Sanaa to the east of the country in the legitimate areas is just a cover for other activities.

Al-Ain News quoted an informed security source as saying that the transport buses of Turkish companies in Yemen are the safe smuggling method used by the Houthi militia to carry out special and military tasks for its benefit.

The source explained that many parts and basics of the drone industry, precision electronic parts and military communications equipment are smuggled through buses operating between Sanaa, Hadramout, Sayun, Sana'a and Al-Mahra.

He stressed that the smuggling operations carried out by the Turkish elements also include the transfer of hashish and drugs to the liberated areas, where Houthi leaders are systematically active in managing this trade in the areas under the legitimate government.

The Turkish elements are linked to smuggling networks run by the intelligence arms of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, which are active in the eastern part of Yemen on the Arabian Sea and to a large extent in the Mahra Governorate and the Hadramawt Valley regions.

The Turkish elements receive the materials to be delivered to Sanaa related to the military action from this network, as well as narcotics and hashish, according to the same source.

The source pointed out that a Turkish named Kamal Kor, who is in Sanaa, is the one who runs the Turkish transport companies, in addition to a Houthi official in the Ministry of Transport in the "militia government", which is run by one of the most prominent intelligence leaders of the Houthis, Major General Al-Marani.

He pointed out that these companies were the same ones that, during the chaos of the protests that hit Arab regions in 2011, transported Yemeni Brotherhood activists to Turkey via Syria and Jordan, and sometimes they moved with only five passengers, which confirms that their work is not related to their transportation revenues, but rather to their secret and intelligence role.  .
