6 dead, 11 wounded and kidnapped... a "Brotherhood" massacre against an entire family in Taiz

Six citizens of one family were killed, and several others were injured, in a mass massacre committed by the Islah Party militia, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, in the city of Taiz in central Yemen.

Eyewitnesses and human rights monitors told NewsYemen that armed groups affiliated with the leader of the Brotherhood militia, Majed Al-Awar (he was killed on Tuesday), stormed a residential neighborhood in the Mudhaffar district, and attacked a number of homes of the "Al-Hareq" family, in an attempt to rob a plot of land by force of arms.

They added that the Brotherhood's gunmen surrounded the houses with crews before they killed 6 people from the "Al-Harq" family, in the "Amad" neighborhood, including Abdo Muhammad Al-Hareq, Issam Muhammad Al-Hareq, Khaled Muhammad Al-Hareq, and Issa Abdo Muhammad Al-Hareq, while a number of others were wounded.  Among them are Akram Ahmed Al-Hareq and Haitham Ahmed Al-Hareq, who are both hospitalized in Al-Barihi Hospital.

According to the sources, the Brotherhood militia kidnapped other members of the same family, including two children, while the entire contents of the houses were looted.

According to human rights monitors, the Brotherhood-backed Al-Araj gang kidnapped:

Samir Muhammad Ali Al-Hareq, Muhammad Samir Muhammad Al-Hareq, Sameh Abdo Muhammad Al-Hareq, Suleiman Abdo Muhammad Al-Hareq, Yassin Abdo Muhammad Al-Hareq, Musa Ahmed Muhammad Al-Hareq, Youssef Ahmed Muhammad Al-Hareq, Madian Issam Muhammad Al-Hareq (child), Shuaib Essam Muhammad Al-Hareq (child) .

Eyewitnesses confirmed that the Brotherhood's militia is still besieging a number of homes for the same family, in the same neighborhood, until the moment of writing the news.
