The Southern League welcomes the STC's call for a Southern National Dialogue

 The Free South Arab League (the League) confirmed its welcome to the Southern Transitional Council's invitation to participate in the national dialogue for the entire southern spectrum.

The party said in a statement that it had received an invitation from the Southern Transitional Council for dialogue, stressing that it welcomed this call for dialogue, to include the entire southern spectrum.

The party considered the transitional call for southern dialogue in line with its march since its establishment in the late 1940s through all the following decades, calling for national dialogue as a basis for the participation of all parties in building and managing a homeland that accommodates all its people.

In its statement, the League hopes that "this dialogue will produce rapprochement, consensus and political participation between its parties to achieve the aspirations of the people of the south."
