The Houthi militia, the Iranian arm, has taken control of new areas in the Mahlia district in the Marib governorate, from which communications have been permanently cut off.
According to a tribal source who spoke to Newsyemen, the Houthi militia launched a violent attack on tribal and army positions on the Mahlia front and took control of new sites and became 3 km from the center of the district.
