موظفوا مستشفى الثورة بإب يشكون تضارب الصلاحيات الادارية بين مدير مقال واخر معين بقرار رئاسي
إب،نيوزيمن: نظم موظفو هيئة مستشفى الثورة العام بمحافظة وقفة احتجاجية نتيجة لتأخر صرف المرتبات والمكافئات وبدل المناوبة لأطباء وموظفي المستشفى منذ ما يزيد عن الشهرين . وتأتي هذه الاحتجاجات والإضرابات الجزئية نتيجة لحالة الفوضى الإدارية داخل مستشفى الثورة عقب التمرد على قرار رئيس الجمهورية بتعين مدير جديد لمستشفى الثورة ورفض قيادة السلطة المحلية للقرار وعدم قيامها بتنفيذ قرار رئيس الجمهورية وتحديها للقرار بإبقاء المدير السابق "الطبيب على قعشة" في منصبه الإداري . كما استنكر موظفو مستشفى الثورة تغير مسئول الصندوق المالي بالمستشفى الذي يصفوه بالنزيه والمحترم وهدد الموظفون بتشكيل مجلس إداري للمستشفى وتحويله إلى هيئة شبه خاصة تكون عائداتها المالية لصالح موظفي المستشفى ما لم يتم حل كافة إشكاليات مستشفى الثورة ابتداء من تحديد مدير واحد للمشفى وصرف مستحقات الموظفين المتوقفة منذ شهر.

مصدر لنيوزيمن: محافظ عمران الجديد لم يمارس مهامه والمدينة تعيش "فوضى الدم"
خاص-نيوزيمن: قال مصدر مسئول بمحافظة عمران أن المحافظ محمد صالح شملان، لم يمارس مهامه في المحافظة منذ ان صدر قرار جمهوري بتعينه محافظا للمحافظة خلفاّ للمحافظ المقال محمد حسن دماج. واستغرب المصدر في تصريح لنيوزيمن عدم ممارسة المحافظ لمهامه في وقت وأن المحافظة تسيل فيها الدماء بشكل يومي ، وعدم وجود أي دور للسلطة المحلية . وطالب المصدر رئيس الجمهورية بسرعة تدرك الموقف بعمران وقيام الدولة بواجبها في بسط نفوذها وسيادة القانون. وصدر قرار رئيس الجمهورية بتعيين اللواء محمد صالح بن محافظا لعمران بتاريخ ظ¨ / ظ¦ / ظ¢ظ ظ،ظ¤. وقال مراقبون في المحافظة لنيوزيمن أن المحافظ لم يباشر عمله بعمران .. سوى بمنشور في حسابه على فيس بوك تحدث فيه عن ذكرياته "كمسؤلا محليا برازح صعدة".
